Refund Policy
At WebArtistry, we always try to make our customers satisfied with our services. If you're having trouble with our product or believe it is defective or you’re feeling frustrated, then contact us: [email protected] to report your defective service and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged sites, we will ask you for your purchase code and a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
No refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
- completely non-functional.
- Product description was misleading.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
- It's been more than three days since your purchase, and you have not yet raised a single ticket with our support team regarding any actual issue.
- Items purchased as part of a promotional deal, discounted offer, or bundle are not eligible for refunds.
- You have reconsidered or changed your mind about a product.
- You inadvertently purchased an item, and it has been downloaded by you..
- The item was purchased by an employee or friend who had legitimate access to your account.
- You declined to provide our support staff with access to your website or cPanel to investigate the issues you're experiencing with our product.
